When are the wine tastings held?
All wine tastings start at 7:00 pm and end around 9:30 pm. Wine tastings are held on the second Friday of the month unless otherwise noted.

What kind of people come to Bacchus?
Bacchus is a mixture of gay men, lesbians, bi-sexual and transgender individuals coming from all walks of life. Most people are between the ages of 30 - 50+, though no one is excluded as long as they are at least 21 years old.

Is this just for couples?
Bacchus is open to couples and singles.

My best friend isn't lesbian, but she really likes wine. Can I bring her to Bacchus?
Sorry, no. Some people who attend Bacchus wine tastings are not out to their families or their communities. Therefore, Bacchus is an exclusively gay/lesbian/bi-sexual/transgender organization.  Bacchus respects all members’ privacy.

I really don't know anything about wine, will I feel comfortable?
Absolutely! Everyone has to start somewhere and Bacchus is a great place to start. Bacchus wine tastings allow you to learn in a casual environment.
